For customers who cannot or do not wish to visit our store, you can post your precious metals to us. Make sure to add your details and send the package to us via the Post Office. Please keep your proof of postage receipt as it may be required.

Trade customers will need to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) package to set up an account. Trade customers can also fix their gold price based on a chosen LBMA fix once agreed upon by both parties. Additionally, they can benefit from discounted rates on bullion and jewellery.
